Customer service is key to a successful business. We understand your concerns for delivery of high quality products, professionalism and confidentiality. We want to give you ease of mind when shopping with us. If you have any questions or concerns about placing an order, please don't hesitate to ask. 


 The Floral Craft will do everything possible to prevent substitutions. However, we reserve the right to make substitutions in the event the flowers received are not of the quality suitable for your order. In this event, the integrity of the proposed color scheme will be maintained and flowers of equivalent value will be used.

We will use reasonable efforts to ensure your desired florals are used. Services are produced in a style and manner consistent with our current portfolio and we will try to incorporate any reasonable suggestion made by you. However, customer  understands and agrees that Floral Design services are often a subjective art and we have a unique vision, with an ever-evolving style and technique. The Floral Craft will use its artistic judgment when providing Services for you, which may not include strict adherence to your suggestions. Although The Floral Craft will use reasonable efforts to incorporate Client’s suggestions and desires when providing Client with the Services, The Floral Craft shall have final say regarding the aesthetic judgment and artistic quality of the Services.

Dissatisfaction with our aesthetic judgment or artistic ability, are not valid reasons for cancellation or returns. 


Not withstanding the above, either party may choose to be excused of any further performance obligations in the event of a disastrous occurrence outside the control of either party, such as, but not limited to:

  1. A natural disaster (fires, explosions, earthquakes, hurricane, flooding, storms or infestation); or

  2. War, Invasion, Act of Foreign Enemies, Embargo, or other Hostility (whether declared or not); or

  3. Any hazardous situation created outside the control of either party such as a riot, disorder, nuclear leak or explosion, or act or threat of terrorism.

Once flower leave the premises of The Floral Craft they are no longer responsible for floral arrangements and/or décor. The Floral Craft cannot be held accountable for contracted items damaged during the course of the event by weather (heat, cold, rain, wind, etc.) or persons other than The Floral Craft staff members.


All full service wedding and a la carte services are subjected and required to sign our Client Service Agreement.


Introducing our new monthly subscriptions. Where you can choose a wrapped floral bouquet, or items from our shop (or even both!). Guaranteed to aide you in your magical workings. Each subscription will be tailored specifically to you. You can choose the color palette and which day of the week you would like to pick up. Want to switch it up? We can break up your subscription where you can enjoy flowers one week and something from shop another week. You can also have your subscriptions delivered anywhere in San Diego for an additional upgrade.


If you place an order and claim it was not delivered to the recipient, please allow us 24-48 hours for a complete investigation into the matter. In many cases, it is a simple matter that delivery was attempted and no one was available at the home or office to accept delivery and no neighbors or other parties were able to take delivery on the recipient’s behalf. If this is the case, The Floral Craft reserves the right to attempt redelivery of your order. On the rare occasion that we discover no delivery attempt was made, we will provide you with a full refund. If we are unable to substantiate your claim, we reserve the right to reject that claim.

For orders being delivered, orders being placed before 5pm can be delivered for the next day. Please make sure to correctly mark your delivery date using the Delivery Information Form on the checkout page. Depending on some orders, we can do same day delivery but please give us a call to make sure that is available.

If for some reason you do not provide proper information regarding deliveries, we will deliver 3 days from the order date. This means that the recipient will receive flowers late and with no card messages. Please make sure to fill out all forms correctly. 

For deliveries, we package and care for your flower orders. Once they leave our hands we are not responsible for flowers that are mishandled, improperly cared for, or weather damages. If for some reason you are unhappy with the quality of your arrangement, please give us a call or email within 24 hours. In most cases, we will gladly replace the arrangement.  No replacements will be made after this period. Nor will  replacements be made based on improper plant or flower care on the part of the recipient. All bouquets and arrangements that leave our shop are equipped with flower food and a proper flower care card.

If for some reason the recipient declines to accept the flower order, you will be notified and the order will be voided. THE FLORAL CRAFT will not be held responsible for recipient's decision and we will not provide a refund. If we are unable to substantiate your claim, we reserve the right to reject that claim.

Delivery is only available for the San Diego county. If customer is not home to receive florals, we leave flowers in a shaded area if possible on the doorstep. 


All attendees or vendor participations for pop ups, workshops and classes are subjected to sign to a waiver of liability.
