SHIPPING+DELIVERY POLICY

We ship items within 7 days of purchase date. All items are shipped UPS and a tracking number will be included. 

 

For orders being delivered, orders being placed before 5pm can be delivered for the next day. Please make sure to correctly mark your delivery date using the Delivery Information Form on the checkout page. Depending on some orders, we can do same day delivery but please give us a call to make sure that is available.

If for some reason you do not provide proper information regarding deliveries, we will deliver 3 days from the order date. This means that the recipient will receive flowers late and with no card messages. Please make sure to fill out all forms correctly.

Delivery is only available for the San Diego county. If customer is not home to receive florals, we leave flowers in a shaded area if possible on the doorstep. 

MERCHANDISE RETURN POLICY

We do not offer returns. However, we do offer store credit, or exchanges for up till 10 days. Items must be new and still in original packaging and receipt must be present. If for some reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us directly to ensure a resolution. All apothecary items are final sale. All seasonal and special items are final sale. 

FLORAL CANCELLATION + DAMAGES

We understand that things happen. If for some reason you need to cancel your order, please give us a call. Please allow 72 hours for cancelled deliveries to be refunded. This is the only exception to our no refund rule. If orders are cancelled after the 72 hours, we can offer store credit to go towards another order placed at a later date.

For deliveries, we package and care for your flower orders. Once they leave our hands we are not responsible for flowers that are mishandled, improperly cared for, or weather damages. If for some reason you are unhappy with the quality of your arrangement, please give us a call or email within 24 hours. In most cases, we will gladly replace the arrangement.  No replacements will be made after this period. Nor will refunds or replacements be made based on improper plant or flower care on the part of the recipient. Every bouquet and arrangement that leave are shop are equipped with flower food and flower care instructions.

FLORAL ORDERS DECLINED

If for some reason the recipient declines to accept the flower order, you will be notified and the order will be voided. THE FLORAL CRAFT will not be held responsible for recipient's decision and we will not provide a refund. If we are unable to substantiate your claim, we reserve the right to reject that claim.
